Placing an Order – Homesay Foods

We love making it easy for you to enjoy our homemade delights. Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order:

How to Order:

You can place your order through:

  • Our website
  • WhatsApp (direct message)
  • Instagram/Facebook Inbox
  • Or simply give us a call

Same-Day Deliveries:

  • Need it today? Be sure to place your order before 10 AM (PST).
  • Orders placed after 10 AM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
  • Pre-booked orders will be delivered according to the selected date and time.

Delivery Charges:

  • We charge a flat Rs. 250 for each delivery within our service areas.

Payment:

  • Full payment is required when placing your order, unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards for online orders.
  • For orders within Pakistan (excluding custom orders), Cash on Delivery is available.

Order Confirmation:

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation with your order number and payment receipt.
  • Please review the details carefully. If anything looks off, let us know right away.
  • Didn’t get a confirmation? Check your junk or spam folder—sometimes it ends up there.

Note: Homesay Foods can’t be held responsible for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.

🔁 Changes & Cancellations

We get it—plans change. Here’s how we handle that:

  • You can request changes to your order, but we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Any changes might incur additional charges.
  • We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the delivery date will receive a 50% refund.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund as preparations will have begun.
  • Orders placed within 72 hours of delivery are considered non-refundable due to the short notice.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

Whether you’re picking up or getting it delivered, here’s what to expect:

Pickup from Homesay:

  • Your order will be ready during the time slot you selected.
  • If something comes up and you can’t collect on time, please inform us. We’ll keep your order safe until the end of its shelf-life, after which it will be discarded.
  • Once collected, it’s your responsibility to handle and transport it safely.

Deliveries:

  • Please double-check that your delivery address and contact number are correct.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the order.
  • Homesay Foods isn’t responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information or if no one is available to accept the delivery.
