Thanks for choosing Homesay Foods! We put love and care into every product we make, and we truly hope you enjoy every sip and bite. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
When Can You Get a Refund?
If Your Order Arrived Damaged:
We’re so sorry if your item didn’t reach you in perfect shape. If something got damaged during delivery, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you share some clear photos or a short video of the damaged item so we can look into it and make things right.
If You Got the Wrong Item:
Ordered one thing but received another? That’s on us—and we’ll happily refund your order once we’ve confirmed the mix-up. Just let us know what you received and what you were expecting, and we’ll take it from there.
When Refunds Aren’t Available
We can’t offer refunds in cases like:
- If you’ve simply changed your mind
- If the item has been opened and isn’t faulty
- If the request comes in after the 3-day window
Since our products are fresh and food-based, we hope you understand that we have to be a little strict here.
How to Request a Refund
Just follow these simple steps:
- Get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Reach out to us through our website or social media pages.
- Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and some photos or a video if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive everything, we’ll review your request. We might reach out for more details if needed. If your refund is approved, we’ll return the amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few extra days to reflect.
What About Shipping Costs?
If your refund is approved because of damage or a wrong item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. If you can, send us a photo of the shipping receipt so we can keep track of it on our end too.
Want a Replacement Instead?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but once your refund is complete, you can always place a fresh order for the item you wanted.
